Thoughts & Music ~

I just can't get enough of this Fantasy Gacha Carnival. I tried to pile on as much as I could in this post! I just want to show all the cool stuff I got before the month runs out, (Also, I just love to wear tons of stuff!) I need to keep up with all my other wonderful sponsors as well, so I am kind of in a strange middle ground between excited & overwhelmed.

I don't have many other thoughts right now because I'm super hungry & this post took a long time to put together so I will just leave you with this video, so I can go prepare dinner. This is probably one of the prettier songs I have heard in a while, (even though it's very simple,) & I think this video is a work of art. If you never watch any of the videos I post, just make an exception this time. It's really lovely. Here's Taiwanese artist Kong Ling Qi (also known as Jeffery Kung) with Suspended Memories. Enjoy!

Thoughts & Music ~

I really love pastels. I like soft colors & stuff. Yes, I like some bright stuff & all that but I think my heart may lie in the soft & blurry. Or maybe it's just half the time. Three quarters of the time. 80 percent of the time. Anyway...

I just wanna say how much I love my Sponsors - they are the BEST. Today I just want to give a special shout out to Akina from MELONopolis & Runa from PANSTU*HUNTER just because...I love them a lot!

Thoughts & Music ~

I got cute stuff at Season's Story. You need an octopus on your head & I always love a good Fanny Pack! Also, make sure you go to The Gallery Gift Shop Hunt (TGGS). There's so much neat stuff to find, plus cool stuff to buy. I really love the eyes I found from Angelica - SO pretty, & the KIDD table & chair set is very cool as well. I will be blogging more of the Hunt prizes. I'm a bit backed up with blogging at the moment. I have another picture all ready to go that my besties Jinki & Lili & I took together today but I will have to post that one tomorrow. (Too tired to list all the credits & all tonight.)

I always enjoy Summer in SL, a LOT more then in RL, it's just fun to make cute outfits & be in the "Summertime" theme. I really can't stand the sun in actuality, I much prefer fog & overcast! I do miss the beach massively, though, so all these beach scenes are quite fun.

I love this song, I can't be unhappy when I hear it. Plus the guys are taking everyone to the Beach, so that makes me even happier. I practically get tears in my eyes when they finally get to the water - I'm such a sap! lol. Here's Big Bang with Sunset Glow. Enjoy!

Thoughts & Music ~

It's June, so that means a new round of Fit for a Princess, as well as the Arcade & lots of other excitement to keep me busy in SL & "real" life. I got some cute things at Arcade, thanks to my Jinki & her amazing stealth skills. I'm eager to show them, but so far I am just showing my cute ring from Yummy. I will be haunting the yardsales for a couple more things I want, (like the Aisling tails in pastel colors, since I got darks & lights.)

I changed my shape again. I started again from the original TSG Kotoko shape & only very slightly modded the face & body. My shape had become too thin from too many previous mods & I was unhappy with it. She looks a lot more curvy again & I am happier.

I hope you enjoy this whole look. I know it's a little crazy, but that's me for you. I thought the dress was so cute & I just kept piling on the jewelry & headbands, etc. & it got so 80's looking, so I just went with it. I think it came out really cute & fun.

No '80's post would be complete without a nod to one of the greatest '80's (& '90...AND actually still going!) bands, The B-52's. Here they are with "Hero Worship", from their very first album, which was actually released all the way back in 1979. Amazingly great music, enjoy!

Thoughts & Music ~

I was going to title this post, "My Ruffle Shoes Bring all the Bats to the Yard," 'cos I'm so in love with these shoes, but that's kind of a mouthful, so I went for Sister Sonar, because most bats use a system of sonar, called echolocation, & I love a little alliteration. As promised, I planted my little dwarf lime tree the day before Easter & he is already so much happier than he was in the pot. I want to plant another fruit tree in my front yard, (then I will have four,) & I already have an avocado tree ready to go in the back yard. The world can always use more trees!

Now please enjoy this beautiful & haunting song by Mark Lanegan, called Harborview Hospital:
